Established in January 2005 as a clinician-run Home Health Agency (HHA), Enhanced Rehabilitation Services Inc. (ERS) is a Medicare-certified HHA. Based in Lake County, we serve residents in Lake, Ashtabula, Geauga, and Cuyahoga counties.

ERS was formed with the patient’s health and independence in mind. ERS provides a board-certified health professional to assist the client’s physician in administering the most advanced health care – right in his or her home. We focus on helping our clients regain their independence not only at home, but throughout their communities.

Our ERS clinicians have over 25 years of combined experience in home health care, specializing in Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Work and Home Health Aides.
